Some days we can’t understand just how we landed here. Through luck and tricks it often seems. On those days we turn to Imposter Syndrome, an American IPA that masquerades as a hoppy saison, and hope no one notices we shouldn’t be here.
Hopped with Comet and Sorachi Ace hops, Imposter Syndrome has a tropical fruit character - almost coconut like - with an additional fruity contribution from the Brettanomyces Claussenii in our house mixed fermentation culture.
HOPS: German Magnum, American Sorachi Ace and Comet
YEAST: House Light Blend
MALTS: Pilsner, Munich I, Carafoam, Caramunich I, Carahell
